Woodlawn Young Adult Ministry (18–25-year-olds) officially launched in October 2024 as we saw a growing need for our young adults to find a place to belong. This ministry meets on Wednesday night from 7:45-9:30 pm in our Youth/CR Building. Our college group is designed for young adults to connect with one another and deepen their faith as they navigate this new stage of life.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Here's what to expect when visiting Woodlawn Young Adults for the first time:
HOW CHECK-IN WORKS
When you arrive: You can check in at our Connect desk. One of our leaders will give you a contact card to fill out. This one-time-only card allows someone from our team to connect with you.
After Service: After our service is complete, you can return to the Youth/CR Building to pick up your child. Students that are driving age can leave without a parent.
Meet our Student / Young Adults Pastor!
Farrah Petski is one of our Pastors on staff. She serves with our Student Ministry (6th-12th grade) as well as our College Ministry (18-25 year olds). Farrah holds a bachelor’s degree from Samford University and a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. She joined our team in 2021. She and her husband, Trevor, met while serving together here at Woodlawn. Farrah is passionate about investing in this next generation and seeing students come to know Jesus on a personal level.
