Celebrate Recovery

Freedom from hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

A message about COVID-19 changes

Hello family!

Your Celebrate Recovery team is excited to announce that we will be returning to in-person meetings this Thursday night, September 17 at 6:00pm! There will be a time of worship and a recovery lesson from Johnny Baker, one of our national leaders.

We will continue to follow the church’s COVID guidelines in order to provide optimal health. Upon arriving, please enter through the worship room doors where the greeters will be there to meet you. You will be signed in so we have a confidential record of your attendance in the event of any COVID exposure.

We will maintain social distancing in large group by providing ushers to direct you to seating. Upon leaving large group, we will leave by rows to go to gender-based open share groups. Leadership will provide the room locations during large group.

Dinner will not be served, and we will not have Cafe Time. Bottled water will be available.

Please wear your mask once you reach the church sidewalk, and continue to do so throughout the service and open share groups.

Unfortunately, childcare is not provided. We are actively seeking qualified individuals to care for your little ones. If you have the ability to help in this area, please contact Becca at 850-234-3196.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Celebrate Recovery

The purpose of Celebrate Recovery (or CR) is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our lives' problems. By working and applying these biblical principles, we began to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program, we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power--Jesus Christ.

Who can be involved?

Why do I need a recovery program?

Human beings are in a constant state of recovery whether we know it or not. We are all in a battle with sin in our own individual lives. CR gives us a safe place to get honest with ourselves, God and others about the freedom we need.
